Order support is handled by the store you bought from, including:

- Payment and billing
- Returns and refunds
- Replacements, repairs and warranty claims
- Damaged, missing or wrong items
Tip: open the order in Your Orders and pick “Problem with order” or “Return or replace items”. That's usually the fastest route.

Lighting won't change or looks wrong
RGB shortcuts use the Fn key and differ between GK61 revisions. Check the card that came with your keyboard, or see the FAQ.
Software and drivers
No driver is needed for typing or gaming. For macros, remapping and per-key colors, get the Windows utility that matches your revision from the HK Gaming download page.
Replacement switches
Optical boards need Gateron optical switches. Mechanical hot-swap boards take mechanical ones. The switch guide explains the difference.
